Catholic Guide for End of Life
The Archdiocese has a comprehensive resource for end-of-life planning titled “Catholic Guide for End of Life and Establishing of Advance Directives”.
The purpose of the guide is to assist the faithful in making wise decisions in accordance with the teachings of our faith about complex treatments in grave illness or as life’s end approaches. It also includes two Appendices for a Durable Power of Attorney and an Advance Directive form.
