Someone will get back with you via email to confirm that the dates you selected are available. Please use the Retreat Registration Form if you are signing up for a preached retreat or want to book an individual retreat.

Friday → Saturday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Saturday → Sunday: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Full Weekend (Friday → Sunday): 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Weekday arrival and departure times are flexible.
An additional fee of $30 per person will be applied for group guests who stay beyond three meals per guest night

RETREATANT INFORMATION SUBMISSION 
A list of retreatants’ information, the spaces they will be occupying, your group schedule, and any dietary restrictions must be submitted at least one week prior to your arrival date.

GROUP BOOKING POLICY
Christ’s Peace House of Prayer reserves the right to book individual and sabbatical retreats throughout the year. To assist with managing accommodations effectively, we request group leaders to keep us informed of the exact number and type of accommodations required for their retreat. This helps ensure that any unused spaces can be made available to individual guests.

If a reservation is received for a guest staying a week or longer, and your group has not assigned a specific individual to the requested space, we will release the space to that guest.

GROUP DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit is not required when you first submit a group retreat request. However, to confirm and secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required.  We can temporarily hold dates without a deposit. If another group or individual requests the same dates or accommodations, the group facilitator will be notified and asked to submit the 50% deposit to keep the reservation.

To help us use our spaces well, group facilitators must keep us updated on the number of guests and the types of accommodations needed. If a request comes in for a week-long or extended-stay retreatant and your group has not assigned someone to that space, we will release it.  Groups that do not maintain communication or follow this policy will be required to submit full payment 60 days before the retreat start date.                                                                              

 GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY
30–60 days before arrival: Group responsible for 50% of total retreat cost.
Less than 30 days before arrival: Group responsible for 100% of total retreat cost.
