An unexpected pregnancy can be scary. It’s normal to feel lost and alone and even a little afraid. Find a place of belonging in a support group for single and pregnant women.
Embrace Grace Support Groups for single, pregnant women is a new addition to our Walking With Moms in Need Ministry. This 12 week faith-based curriculum gives our parishes another tool to love and encourage single and pregnant young women and their families. Women experiencing unexpected pregnancies will receive practical, spiritual, and emotional support through the Embrace Grace groups.
Through a message of love, we are helping women see that they can have their baby and their dreams too! Being pro-life is more than a stance, a belief system, a vote. It is also an action, the boots on the ground, the hands and feet of Jesus, the church. That’s being pro-love. Together, we can make abortion unthinkable.
The Archdiocesan Pro-Life Office is offering Embrace Grace Support Groups throughout the Archdiocese. The goal is to have a minimum of one group in each of the 8 deaneries. There is one support group established in Douglas County and two in Johnson County.

Want to Help single pregnant women choose life?
The Archdiocese has launched three Embrace Grace Support Groups in Lawrence & JoCo so women know we are here for them and their baby too.
The goal of the Pro-Life Office is to have at least one Embrace Grace Support Group in each of the eight regions of the Archdiocese.
