2024 impact report questionnaire

Complete Questionnaire

The Pro-Life Office is putting together an Archdiocesan Walking With Moms in Need 2024 Impact Report that will help us understand and quantify the ways our parishes are supporting pregnant women and families in need and the impact we are having in our community.

To do this, it is suggested that a qualified individual in each parish complete this questionnaire, whether or not your parish has a formal Walking With Moms in Need ministry.

This person could be your Respect Life Coordinator, a Walking With Moms volunteer, a KofC leader, or someone else with knowledge of your parish ministry activities.
