My advice to men considering the priesthood:  Put everything on the altar. We hold so much back in our hearts and minds but Jesus wants everything from us. The Father has what is best in store for us and desires the greatest joy for our lives. If we truly believe this, we will be more willing to submit all things to him.

Why I want to be a Priest: I have experienced a call and want what God wants because if this is His call then it truly is the most joyful life He has for me. I find great purpose in serving God’s people and for standing up for what is right in our communities and in the world.

Hobbies & Interests:  Running, singing, playing guitar, backpacking and hunting, golf, disc golf and love any sport that involves running.

Those who influenced my vocation: Missionaries with Saint Paul’s Outreach and Father Nick Blaha at Emporia State.
