FEMM Health utilizes the Cervical Mucus (Ovulation) Method of NFP, while including temperature tracking and LH testing as options. The FEMM Health app makes it easy to manage, track, and understand health and fertility once one has learned the method. Beginner instruction involves an intro session (optional) and 3 individual sessions with the instructor for fertility education and charting instruction (virtual or in-person).
