Nov. 6, 2026, is the deadline to order print copies of the Advent 2026 Renewal from the Heartland faith-sharing series.
Intended for all parishioners, this four-session series is part of the archdiocesan Renewal from the Heartland pastoral planning process, which began in Lent 2026 with the Beatitudes from the Heartland small group faith-sharing series.
The Advent 2026 series draw from these past 10 months, most especially the Listening with the Heart synodal listening sessions and the results of an online survey.
Each of the four sessions include a Scripture passage, a section from Archbishop Shawn McKnight’s pastoral letter on synodality, and passages from papal documents.
The reflections are intended to encourage all Catholics to deepen their engagement in their faith and in their parishes, within the framework of deepening our parishes’ capacity to be centers of charity and sanctuaries of mercy.
