All meals at SPARC are served buffet-style in our Dining Room (unless otherwise arranged). The menus are thoughtfully designed to include nutritious options that accommodate a variety of dietary needs. To ensure a consistent and high-quality dining experience for all overnight guests and day event participants, outside catering is not permitted.
