$510 includes your flight, hotel, programming and a beanie.

A $50, non-refundable, non-transferable, deposit/spot is due 10 days after group registration.

Ground Transportation in Washington DC
Transportation to and from the airport. In DC we’ll have to rely on using the Metro. Our hotel is very close to a metro stop. Use this Metro Trip Planner in advance to research available routes and ticket pricing.

The Archdiocese has booked a block of rooms to be used for the March for Life at the following location:

September 3rd → Group Registration Opens

Group Registration opens online at 10:00AM CST. A non-transferable, non-refundable $50.00 deposit, per spot, is due at time of registration. This deposit will hold your spots.

September 25th @10am → Group Leader Virtual Meeting

A representative from all groups going on the March For Life must be a part of this virtual meeting. A link will be emailed out to all group leaders prior to the meeting.

OCTOBER 10th → Group registration closes

The Youth Ministry Office must be notified of any group that wants to attend the March For Life in Washington DC by Thursday, October 10th at 8AM.

November 15th → Final Drop Date

The Youth Ministry Office must be notified of any dropped spots by Friday, November 15th. After this date each group will be financially responsible for the entire cost of all remaining spots for which they registered.

December 6th → Final Payment Due

The remaining payment is due on December 6th. The final bill will be sent to Group Leaders immediately following the Drop Date. The Group will be financially responsible for the spots originally registered unless adjusted by the Nov. 15th Drop Date. All late payments will be charged a 10% late fee.

December 13th → Final Rooming List and flight list
