1:00 PM – March for Life March
7:00 PM – Worship+Adoration at St. Dominic’s Catholic Church

Saturday, January 25th, 2025
Travel Day

As of right now, the estimated cost of the trip is $500 per person. This is includes your flight to Washington D.C., hotel and a free beanie.

September 3rd → Group Registration Opens

Group Registration opens online at 10:00AM CST. A non-transferable, non-refundable $50.00 deposit, per spot, is due at time of registration. This deposit will hold your spots.

October 1st → Scholarship Applications Due

The application and further information can be found at archkck.org/**** following registration.

November 15th → Final Drop Date

The Youth Ministry Office must be notified of any dropped spots by Friday, November 15th. After this date each group will be financially responsible for the entire cost of all remaining spots for which they registered.

December 6th → Final Payment Due

The remaining payment is due on December 6th. The final bill will be sent to Group Leaders immediately following the Drop Date. The Group will be financially responsible for the spots originally registered unless adjusted by the Nov. 14th Drop Date. All late payments will be charged a 10% late fee.

December 23rd → Final Rooming List
