What Is Spring Training

Spring Training: Equip. Inspire. Launch. is a three-day event designed to recharge, inspire, and equip parish leaders for the mission ahead. Through a mix of hands-on workshops, 1:1 coaching, and evening sessions of prayer, worship, and reflection, attendees gain practical tools and spiritual renewal to take back and implement in their ministries immediately. Whether you’re a DRE, youth leader, or parish team member, Spring Training prepares you to plan, lead, and launch impactful ministry in your parish.

Evening Sessions are free to anyone who wants to attend.

Workshops are $30 total for all sessions.

Workshops

The daytime workshops are designed specifically for DREs and youth ministry professionals. This is your space to be inspired, sharpen your skills, and roll up your sleeves to get real ministry work done—calendars, budgets, program plans, and more.

Evening Sessions

In the evenings, everyone is welcome—volunteers, catechists, core team members, and parish staff. These sessions are a time of inspiration and renewal through prayer, keynotes, and worship, sending your whole team back to the parish refreshed and ready for mission.
