Employee Benefits

The Archdiocese and the many employers within it are committed to providing a comprehensive benefit package to our employees.  Providing employees and their eligible dependents with a competitive, flexible and affordable benefit program is important to us.  Employees working an average of 30 hours a week or more are eligible to participate in benefits including medical, dental, and vision.  We also offer Basic Life and Short Term Disability paid by the employers, as well as several voluntary insurance options.  We have a 401(k) with discretionary and matching contributions.
