Kateri Drop-Off and Pick-Up

  • We will greet you as you come in your car and bring you through a series of drive through stations.  We want you to feel comfortable and get your questions answered, but generally speaking registration will be a drive through process. Campers will meet their counselors at the end of the drive through process.
    • Registration will be beginning promptly at 8:00 am. There is no need to arrive earlier. 
  • Pick-Up will be a similar process.  There will not be a closing program this year.
    • Camper pick-up begins at 7:30 pm.

JR. HIGH CAMPS – 7TH/8TH GRADE FALL OF 2020

J-High Drop-Off and Pick-Up

  • We will greet you as you come in your car and bring you through a series of drive through stations.  We want you to feel comfortable and get your questions answered, but generally speaking registration will be a drive through process. Campers will meet their counselors at the end of the drive through process.
    • Registration will begin promptly at 8:00 am. There is no need to arrive earlier. 
    • Day 2 Drop Off will also begin promptly at 8:00 am.
  • Pick-Up will be a similar process.  There will not be a closing program this year.
    • Camper pick-up begins at 7:30 pm.

SR. HIGH CAMPS – 9TH – 12TH GRADE FALL 2020

High School Max and Xtreme Drop-Off and Pick-Up

  • We will greet you as you come in your car and bring you through a series of drive through stations.  We want you to feel comfortable and get your questions answered, but generally speaking registration will be a drive through process. Campers will meet their counselors at the end of the drive through process.
    • Registration will begin promptly at 8:00 am. There is no need to arrive earlier. 
    • Early Arrival Time the following days will be 6:50 am if campers want to participate in morning prayer and eat breakfast at camp.
    • Normal Arrival Time will be at 8:00 am.
  • Pick-Up on the last day will be a similar process.  There will not be a closing program this year.
    • High School campers have the option to camp in a small tent each night.
    • High School campers may also drive themselves if they have a parent or guardian’s permission.
    • Early Departure each night and closing night will be at 7:30 pm. Please arrive at that time to pick up your camper.
    • Departure time is at 9:30 pm if your camper would like to participate in the evening activity but does not want to camp overnight.
  • EXTREME Saturday Night 25th
    • Echo of Kateri Mass, celebrated by Archbiship Naumann, will be held at 6:30 p.m. outdoors.
    • Gates will be open for mass arrival at 5:45 p.m.
    • Social distancing rules will be observed during mass and masks will be worn during communion.
    • At the end of mass, campers will depart.
    • If you are not attending mass, campers will be ready for departure/pick up at 7:45 p.m.  

In the event that a late arrival or early departure is necessary, it must be discussed with the camp director a.s.a.p. Call 785-746-5693. Your child will be permitted to ride home from camp ONLY with the preauthorized persons listed on your camper’s registration information. Changing or adding names may be done at the time of check-in at camp. Your signature is necessary to allow your child to ride home with anyone other than his/her parents or guardians.
