Experience Faith Like Never Before!
The ArchKCK Rural Catholic Youth Conference is your chance to encounter the energy of a mini-NCYC—right here in Kansas! Set against the stunning backdrop of Prairie Star Ranch, hundreds of students will gather for an unforgettable weekend filled with:

✨ Live music & dancing
✨ Delicious food & warm hospitality
✨ Parish bonding & free time to connect
At its heart, this conference is all about one thing: creating life-changing encounters with Jesus—through adoration, prayer, service, and community.
What to expect

- Prairie Star Ranch
Conference Schedule
- On-site check-in begins Saturday Morning around 8:30a
- Conference concludes with lunch on Sunday
- Our conference includes:
- Praise & Worship with the Josh Blakesley Band
- Prayer and sacramental opportunities including Opening Mass with Archbishop McKnight
- Catered meals by Smokin’ Gs
- Coffee & snack bar
- Guy/Girl/Adult Breakouts
- Evening social with entertainment
- Incredible speakers including Deacon Bob Rice of Steubenville University
- A chance to meet other teens from across the Archdiocese as well as strengthen relationships within your own parish group
Accommodations
- Bunkhouse accommodations
- We’d love to exceed cabin capacity so we’ll ask for those who would like to sleep in tents on individual registration forms and will use tent accommodations only if we need to
- When possible, we’ll room adults on lower bunks only.
- Whenever possible, we’ll have adult chaperones and students on the same level of dorms. Please know that while we will try to make this happen, it’s not always possible logistically.
Planning
- We will have an optional parish group shirt contest on Saturday
- Sunday, participants will be encouraged to wear their conference shirt and/or dress nicely for Mass
- We ask that participants dress modestly (and comfortably). Please, no leggings and keep shorts at an appropriate length
- Service Opportunity TBA!
- This is a BYOLC event (Bring Your Own Lawn Chair)
- Our number one focus is to provide an opportunity for our kids to encounter our Lord throughout this conference. Adults, please pray for your kids and for patience for yourself before and during the conference.
Extras
- Space is limited, so make plans with your group now
- Each group needs to provide their own gender-specific chaperones (suggested ratio for this event 1:8).
- This overnight event is for High School Aged Teens + chaperones.
