The Group Leader is the individual organizing the trip for their group or parish. The Group Leader must be 21 years old and attending the rally. All correspondence and planning, prior to the conference will take place between this individual and the Youth Ministry Office.
Chaperones must be 21 years of age and have completed the Virtus Safe Environment training. (It is the responsibility of the Group Leader to ensure that all chaperones are in compliance). Chaperones should be prepared and able to walk long distances across campus, handle loud music in the sessions and keep up with active youth. The Youth Ministry Office requires 1 chaperone for every 8 youth, per gender and no more than 1 per every 4 youth. Please call our Office with any questions about numbers. Each group should have at least 2 chaperones, even if the group is less than 8 youth.
Young Adults are individuals who are between the ages of 18 and 21 and past the summer after their senior year of high school. There should be no more than 1 young adult for every ten teen participants. Young Adults must also be in compliance Virtus Safe Environment training.
Youth participants may range from freshmen through seniors during the school year of 2025-2026.
